When you request an audit, we collect your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, lead source, approximate monthly lead volume and revenue range.

If you become a client, we may also process business information, coach-profile material, conversation examples, Instagram messages, lead details, booking activity and service configuration needed to operate your DM system.

We also receive ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and security logs when you use the website.

We use information to evaluate fit, respond to enquiries, schedule calls, provide and improve the service, personalize conversation behavior, monitor quality, prevent abuse, secure our systems and meet legal obligations.

Website applications may be stored in Google Sheets and booking information is processed by Calendly. Our website is hosted through Vercel. Depending on the service configuration, information may also be processed through Instagram or Meta, ManyChat, Supabase and AI infrastructure providers such as OpenAI.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant function.

For client accounts, AI may analyze message context and draft or send replies according to configured rules. Human setters may review conversations and take control when judgment is required. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to provide conversation data and use the service.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a portable copy of your information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

The website and service are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 18. Information may be processed outside your country where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
